Lukáš was born in 1993 in Rýmařov. By profession, he is an art teacher, which might explain why we could describe him as an incurable romantic at heart. However, his body is fueled by the adventurous spirit of a climber, paraglider, and freediver.
He is a graduate of the Czech Mountaineering Association’s young alpinist course, called "Sokolíci." He is also an aspirant for the title of mountain guide within the UIAGM framework.
In 2020, he received an honorary mention from the Czech Mountaineering Association (ČHS) for the route "El Norte Oculto" 7c+. In 2022, he earned another honorary mention from ČHS for the route "Forever Young" 7c+ flash.
He studied at an art high school and later graduated from the Faculty of Education at Palacký University in Olomouc. Alongside his work as a trained art teacher, he has also embraced work as a graphic designer, filmmaker, and photographer.
I got into climbing at the age of fourteen, overcoming the challenges of small-town life. Since then, climbing has been a constant in my life. My approach to climbing has always been more holistic, with a focus on the outdoors. The more sports you combine, the more complete you become.
