We offer both warranty and post-warranty service on all our products.
Despite all this, it’s possible that after years of use, some issues may arise, such as a broken zipper on your jacket, pants torn by crampons, a loose seam, and more. Or maybe you just need your pants shortened or lengthened? We can handle that too! Our skilled seamstresses can repair (almost) anything!
Procedure
- Send or bring the washed product to us at "Direkt" (Direct Alpine, Kateřinská 138, Liberec 460 14) along with the completed form (which you can find below), so our seamstresses don't have to struggle to figure out what's wrong with the item.
- Place the completed form inside the package along with the clothing you will be sending. If you don't have the option to print and want to save our forests, you can send the completed form to DA_service@directalpine.com.
- Don't forget to include your phone number in the form so that we can contact you and arrange the repair method and cost. For example, if you need to repair a hole in your pants, our seamstress will contact you to ask if you prefer a local repair (a cheaper option) or replacing the entire panel.
- Carefully pack the package to prevent it from being damaged during transport.
- The repair time usually ranges from 4 to 8 weeks from the receipt of the product. It also depends on the workload of the seamstresses and the season.
