The buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment immediately upon delivery together with the carrier (number of packages, integrity of the tape with the company logo, damage to the box) according to the attached shipping list. The buyer has the right to refuse to accept a shipment that is not in accordance with the purchase contract, for example, if the shipment is incomplete or damaged. If the Buyer accepts such a damaged shipment from the carrier, it is necessary to describe the damage in the carrier's delivery report. Any incomplete or damaged shipment must be immediately reported by email to info@directalpine.com, and a damage report must be written with the carrier and sent without delay by email or post to Direct Alpine. A later complaint about incompleteness or external damage to the shipment does not waive the Buyer's right to claim the goods, but it gives Direct Alpine the opportunity to prove that there is no discrepancy with the purchase contract.
