- Direct Alpine s.r.o., with its registered office at Kateřinská 138, Liberec 17, 46002, Company ID: 27277364, registered with the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem, Section C, File 22127 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), processes, within its activities and in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), the following personal data:
- First name and last name
- Residential address
- Phone number
- Email address
- IP address
- First name, last name, residential address, phone number, and email address will be processed for the purpose of identifying the contractual parties and fulfilling the contract, as well as for the purpose of contract record-keeping and any future potential assertion and defense of the rights and obligations of the contractual parties.
- Personal data will be stored and processed for the above-mentioned purpose for the duration of the contractual relationship and for 10 years after its termination, unless another legal regulation requires the retention of contractual documentation for a longer period.
- The Controller declares that all personal data is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party. Exceptions include carriers to whom the buyer's personal data is provided to the minimum extent necessary for the delivery of goods, service providers who are given access to the buyer’s personal data to the minimum extent necessary for the evaluation process, payment gateway providers who are given access to the buyer’s personal data to the minimum extent necessary for payment processing, and data processors or third parties, such as:

- Software provider webProgress, s.r.o.
- Other software, service, and application providers, although the Controller does not currently utilize their services.
- Commercial communications will be sent to your email address by the Controller, as this is allowed under Section 7, Paragraph 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, unless you opt-out. These communications may only pertain to similar goods or services and can be unsubscribed from at any time by sending a letter, email, or by clicking a link in the commercial message. The email address will be stored by the Controller for this purpose for a period of 3 years from the date of the last purchase agreement between the contractual parties.
- Please note that under the Regulation, you have the right to:
Request information from us on which personal data of yours we are processing,
Request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or request a restriction of processing,
Request the deletion of this personal data,
Data portability and the right to request a copy of the processed personal data,
File a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection,
Object to processing based on the legitimate interest of the Controller.
