GDPR - Personal Data Protection
You hereby grant your consent to the processing of personal data by the company DIRECT ALPINE s.r.o.
with its registered office at Kateřinská 138, Liberec 17, 460 02, Company ID: 27277364, registered with the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem, Section C, File No. 22127 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), to process the following personal data:
• Name and surname
• Residential address
• Telephone number
• Email address
• IP address
• In the case of registration: date of birth and clothing size
Purpose of processing
Your name, surname, residential address, telephone number, and email address will be processed for the purpose of identifying contractual parties, fulfilling the contract, and maintaining records of the contract as well as for potential future enforcement or defense of the rights and obligations of the contractual parties. Other data will be used for the purposes of potential promotional activities or gift actions.
Data retention period
The personal data will be retained and processed for the above-mentioned purposes for the duration of the contractual relationship and for a further period of 10 years after its termination unless another legal regulation requires the retention of contractual documentation for a longer period.¨
Statement by the Controller
The Controller declares that all personal data will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party, except in the following cases:
• Transport providers, to whom the data of buyers will be disclosed in the minimum scope necessary for the delivery of goods,
• Service providers for customer reviews, to whom the data of buyers will be disclosed in the minimum scope necessary to conduct reviews,
• Payment gateway providers, to whom the data of buyers will be disclosed in the minimum scope necessary to process payments,
• Data processors or third parties, including:
o Providers of software solutions (e.g., webProgress, s.r.o.)
o Other providers of processing software, services, or applications that the Controller may use in the future but does not currently utilize.
Commercial communications
Commercial communications will be sent to your email address by the Controller, as permitted by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, unless you opt out. These communications will concern only similar goods or services and may be unsubscribed at any time by sending a letter, an email, or clicking the unsubscribe link in the communication. Your email address will be retained for this purpose for a period of 3 years from the conclusion of the last purchase agreement between the contractual parties.
Your rights under the Regulation
Please note that under the Regulation, you have the right to:
1. Request information from us about what personal data of yours we process,
2. Request access to your personal data and have them updated or corrected, or request a restriction on their processing,
3. Request the deletion of your personal data,
4. Request data portability and obtain a copy of your processed personal data,
5. Lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection,
6. Object to the processing of your personal data based on the Controller's legitimate interest.
